Espresso Control
Plan yield before you touch the grinder.
Espresso changes fast under pressure. This planner puts dose, target yield, shot time, and flow rate on one screen so the adjustment conversation stays technical and brief.

Start with a clean ratio
Baristas often speak about time first because the clock is visible. Ratio should come first. It defines what the shot is trying to become.
Read flow against time
A 30-second shot can still be fast if yield is too high. Grams per second gives a sharper operational reference during training.
Record roast context
Light and dark coffees tolerate different output windows. The profile note keeps recipe debates anchored in the coffee itself.
